Discover and Define
Working closely with our clients, we analyze their goals and focus on the product and business objectives.
We identify and learn about the target audience and research the competitors collecting as much information as possible. We share the findings and our recommendations and possible routes to the client.
Lastly, before initiating the project, the summary of the work, project timeline, payment terms, and a contract are provided for client approval.
Ideate and Prototype
Using the knowledge gained in the discovery stage, we review and refine possibilities and create the first round of designs to be presented for the client’s approval.
The project is then taken through a few rounds of iterations, making sure the client’s input and needs are being implemented.
Once we have the client’s total satisfaction with the creative, we move the project to the production stage.
Test and Deliver
Translating the ideas into reality, we deliver the final solution ensuring usability and support.
After the final parts of the creative stage, any polishing or small changes needed are implemented to the final product.

Mehdi Anvarian founded 2M Creative in July 2003. His pioneering vision has always been to deliver the same quality of work as the big agencies, at a manageable rate for startups, by keeping the overhead low.
Before 2M Creative, Mehdi was a Design Director at 1185 Design, a leading print and multimedia design firm in Palo Alto. Mehdi headed design teams in providing creative solutions for some of the major companies in Silicon Valley.
Prior to 1185 Design, Mehdi was a senior designer at E.J. Sarraille Design an award-winning design and advertising agency based in Palo Alto.
Mehdi holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and studied Calligraphy and Black and White Photography in private settings with established artists. He continues to explore photography with the use of his vintage camera collection.
Chris Schoepe is our main programmer and chief technologist. With over 20 years of IT and Multimedia experience, he brings broad-based understanding and hands-on knowledge of many of the most successful and popular programming languages and internet technologies in use today.
Chris has the required skill and expertise to bring any web or multimedia project to fruition, from data architecture to the initial server and domain setup to final deployment and database administration, always with attention to cross-platform accessibility, end-user usability, and best practices Search Engine Optimization. His most recent work includes projects for Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, Standford University, Alcatel- Lucent and Disney.
